The State of Tennessee Department of Enviornment and Conservation has approved these specifications until April 2005.

Sanitary Sewer Overflow Evaluation Report (SSOER)
As a part of an Agreed Order with the Tennessee Department of Environmental
Conservation, the City of Lebanon has compiled a Sanitary Sewer Overflow Evaluation
Report (SSOER) regarding all confirmed sanitary sewer overflows within the
collection system in the calendar year of 2003. The SSOER database list information
such as the date, location, reason for the overflow, measures taken to relieve
the problem, and other details. The SSOER database can be viewed at the following
links: 2003 SEWER OVERFLOW LOCATION MAP, 2003 SEWER OVERFLOW INFORMATION SPREADSHEET,
at the Office of the City/Utilities Engineer, which is located at 200 Castle
Heights Avenue North, during normal business hours. Any comments on the SSOER
database or specific overflow locations or events are requested. Comments
will be received for 60 days following this notice. Following this period
all comments and the final form of the SSOER will be submitted to the Tennessee
Department of Environmental Conservation for their review.

NPDES StormWater Quality Program
On March 10, 2003 the City Of Lebanon and Wilson County were required by the State of Tennessee to obtain a National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for its discharge of storm water run-off through the City's municipal Seperate Storm Sewer System. over the next few years several new programs will come to light relating to stormwater quality as the City takes a larger role in protecting one of our most valuable natural resources.

14-1501. Subdivision plat application fee.
All applications for consideration by the Planning Commission of a preliminary
or final subdivision plat shall include an application fee. The application
fee shall be calculated as follows: $25.00 base fee plus $25.00 per lot after
the first lot. A separate fee shall be collected for each preliminary and/or
final subdivision plat submittal.
Example -
14 lot final subdivision plat
$25.00 + ($25.00 x 13) = $350.00
14-1502. Site plan application fee.
(1) Residential
All applications for consideration by the Planning Commission of a preliminary
or final site plan shall include an application fee. The application fee shall
be calculated as follows: $75.00 base fee plus $10.00 per unit. A separate
fee shall be collected for each preliminary and/or final site plan submittal.
(2) Non-residential
All applications for consideration by the Planning Commission of a site plan
shall include an application fee. The application fee shall be calculated
as follows: $75.00 base fee for buildings up to 5,000 square feet in size,
plus $0.03 per square foot for buildings 5,001 to 20,000 square feet in size,
plus $0.02 per square foot for buildings 20,001 to 100,000 square feet in
size, plus $0.01 per square foot for buildings greater than 100,000 square
feet in size.
Example -
32,000 square foot building
$75.00 + ($0.03 x 15,000) + ($0.02 x 12,000) = $765.00
14-1503. Zoning, Rezoning and Planned Unit Development application
fee.
(1 ) Zoning or Rezoning
All applications for consideration by the Planning Commission for rezoning
shall include an application fee. The application fee shall be calculated
as follows: $400.00 base fee for properties up to five acres in size, plus
$5.00 per acre for properties 6 to 100 acres in size, plus $2.50 per acre
for properties greater than 100 acres in size. If more than one property is
included as a single application, the fee shall be based on the total acreage
of the request.
Example -
10 acre parcel
$400.00 + ($5.00 x 5) = $425.00
(1 ) Planned Unit Development
All applications for consideration by the Planning Commission for a Planned
Unit Development shall include an application fee. The application fee shall
be calculated as follows: $400.00 base fee for properties up to five acres
in size, plus $20.00 per acre for properties 6 to 100 acres in size, plus
$10.00 per acre for properties 101 to 500 acres in size, plus $5.00 per acre
for properties over 500 acres in size. If more than one property is included
as a single application, the fee shall be based on the total acreage of the
request.
Example -
200 acre parcel
$400.00 + ($20.00 x 95)+ ($10.00 x 100) = $3,390.00
